Ballast - A transformer that steps up the voltage in a florescent lamp.
Good Hard Bean - a grade of coffee grown at altitudes above 3000 feet. Term varies depending on the country where the bean is grown.
Hitting Area - The measure, in square inches or square centimeters, of the area of the string bed, all of the area filled by strings within the racquet head. Within the hitting area are three different "sweet spots" at which you get the most power, least shock, or least vibration.
Multi-Copy Speed - Number of copies per minute produced from one original in a continuous run after the first copy exits. This is also the maximum copy output speed of the machine.
OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) - A link-state routing protocol used to determine the least expensive path for routing a message by examining the number of routers, transmission speed, delays and route cost.
Try tweezing after a warm bath or shower - it's less painful.
Warm-up - The 10-15-minute session of light calisthenics, aerobic exercise, and stretching taken prior to handling heavy bodybuilding training movements. A good warm-up helps to prevent injuries and actually allows you to get more out of your training than if you went into a workout totally cold.
