I like the entire design of the unit with the exception of a back lit time display. I find it hard to see the time setting. Otherwise it is just perfect. It makes 12 cups of coffee, keeps it hot all day long. Since it goes directly into a thermal container, there is no heating coil or other electronics under a hot plate that might short out if the pot were to overflow. You almost upend the pot got get the coffee to come out. The other thing that is annoying is the unit is taller than any other coffee maker I have ever owned. It does not fit on the counter under my cabinets. The coffee is good and the fuller the pot, the hotter the coffee stays. ...more
