I got massages and it never helped for very long, and I started seeing a chiropractor (adjustments also did not help). My X-rays showed my neck curve to be a straight line rather than a curve. The posture pump looks like a medieval torture device (and I'm pretty sure it could be designed MUCH more aesthetically and also smaller). I spend 10+ hours/day at a computer and consistently have neck strain/pain/fatigue. This was recommended by a chiropractor.
